I can’t believe we have already 50 of these workouts under the belt!  I wanted to do something special for the round number so I thought you might get the kick out of a little Burpee challenge 🙂 It makes this workout one of the most intense in this series. Have fun!!

      Beat my yesterday and did 44 infirst 5minround, I went for 3rounds so 15 min of hell 123 full reps,not counting unfinished…
      I’m literally dripping water or whatever sweat
      It’s 26 in shade and I’m in Ireland, which means that this temp is an equivalent to anywhere around 30 in shade, say in POL, it is hot absolutely hot, I hope it’ll stay like this forever!! 👏🌻😍

    Thank you Tatyana for this one today! Never did this before. Wasn’t sure how I would do with my stupid joint still healing but did pretty well!! Did 42 reps and loved this so much!! Added to my favorites!

    I was abit lazy and stiff today, so I said myself I can do at least 5 mins before moving to stretching (which I always enjoy). This was awesome and I think I will do a short pistol workout before stretch. Have a lovely Sunday xx

    It’s amazing what 5 min can do to your body if it’s intense enough!! Did this after 15 min fat burn #8. Sweaty ending to a slow sunday spent on the couch studying 😁 love it! 🥵🥵
