I can’t believe we have already 50 of these workouts under the belt!  I wanted to do something special for the round number so I thought you might get the kick out of a little Burpee challenge 🙂 It makes this workout one of the most intense in this series. Have fun!!

    Loved loved loved this! Thanks for listening to a burpee challenge suggestion. You are great about listening to your “clients”. This was AWEOSOME. I did Lifted Butt #1X first and finished with this. This will totally be a go to quick workout for me! Where is the favorite button? Happy Friday.
