I can’t believe we have already 50 of these workouts under the belt! ย I wanted to do something special for the round number so I thought you might get the kick out of a little Burpee challenge ๐Ÿ™‚ It makes this workout one of the most intense in this series. Have fun!!

    Hi Zu! I had to skip this workout today because I went to doctor early morning and later I went to MT class and after lunch I had more things, busy day today. If it was an easy wo I would do it now (it is 16:20 here) but it is quite hard and I do not have much energy to do workouts in the afternoon. I will keep it for Sunday along with second 5 min workout of the day. I will do 5 reps of each burpees…:) Going for a shower now and I will do yoga. See you, take care.

    I wanted to do a bunch of different burpees as workout in past just never put it together but thanks to Zuzka now I can thank you for all that u do!!!!!

    I so love Burpees now Thanks to you Zuzka until I found you I couldnt do ten now I Fly through Burpees and have just completed this workout rep by rep with you!! your an awesome trainer Zuzka!!! NOW cant wait for Black diamond tomorrow…Woot Woot already do twice this week.xoxo

    This was fun! I challenged myself and did the whole workout from memory–see exercise IS good for the brain. ๐Ÿ™‚ Have a great weekend!

    WOW thats a whole lot of burpee’s will definately do this. This is my last day as a zgym member change in circumstances means I have to make some cut backs. I am very happy you do free ones too so I am not missing out completely maybe if things get better I will be back :)….Have a fantastic weekend all X

    Had to get this workout in today!! Did it twice…still made it today even though I finished at 11:45pm! Love all the different burpees!! Awesome, quick workout. Thanks as always, Zuzka!!
