I can’t believe we have already 50 of these workouts under the belt! I wanted to do something special for the round number so I thought you might get the kick out of a little Burpee challenge 🙂 It makes this workout one of the most intense in this series. Have fun!!

Hi Zu…this one is done today, Sunday! I did 5 reps of each burpee except number 9-6 reps and 10-10 reps. My time: 7:10. My goal is to do 10 reps next time! See you, take care.

I just did such a fun workout. I did this one, 5 Minute #34 (KB Abs, butt and arms), 3 times each alternating- for a 30 minute KICK BUTT WORKOUT! Love that I have these options- thanks so much Z!

This was fun! i did this today a cardio finisher to the Black Diamond #1. Perfect fit for upper body focus. 36 reps, i will beat that Friday when i repeat.
