I felt like doing something little bit different today and I wanted to have more fun so I came up with this crazy exercise combo. How many times can you repeat the combo within 5 minutes? Challenge yourself and try to beat my score! If you don’t care about the thrill of competition, do it to burn a lot of extra calories, or for better looking skin or for whatever floats your boat. Exercise has so many benefits, I’m sure you can find a reason. Love, love, love 🙂 Z.

    Did this before LLAD, wow, forgot how tough but fun this is. Clapping push ups were hard for me this time, I used to be good at them, gheesh ANOTHER thing to work on😝

      Thanks for bringing this up! Did this today after UB&abs inferno. It was fun, although my quads really hurt after everything we have done for past couple days.

      These 5 min FB’s are great addition when you feel like you could do just a little extra 😄.
