I felt like doing something little bit different today and I wanted to have more fun so I came up with this crazy exercise combo. How many times can you repeat the combo within 5 minutes? Challenge yourself and try to beat my score! If you don’t care about the thrill of competition, do it to burn a lot of extra calories, or for better looking skin or for whatever floats your boat. Exercise has so many benefits, I’m sure you can find a reason. Love, love, love ๐Ÿ™‚ Z.

    Looks tough!
Z, you should incorporate Bulgarian squats in your workouts! They are really awesome. Just a thought ๐Ÿ˜Šโค๏ธ

I was on my able to do 6 rounds. I struggle with push-ups so much… Just have to keep working on them. Going for a hike today as well and possibly a second workout later today.

I’m jealous of all of you who can whip out 11 rounds. That’s impressive! I feel so far away haha!

11 rounds and up to 4 jump lunges. I replaced the clapping push up with a regular. My wrists are so much better and don’t want to push it. ๐Ÿ™‚

10 rounds + up to the donkey kick on round 11. By my count, that’s 114reps (11reps per round). That was tough! Clapping push-ups were killer in those last few rounds.

I did it along with the video, but had to modify the push-ups (ankles crossed to regular push-ups, and the clapping push-ups on my knees). I really enjoyed the long exercise combo; I hope to see more 5 minute workouts like it!
