I felt like doing something little bit different today and I wanted to have more fun so I came up with this crazy exercise combo. How many times can you repeat the combo within 5 minutes? Challenge yourself and try to beat my score! If you don’t care about the thrill of competition, do it to burn a lot of extra calories, or for better looking skin or for whatever floats your boat. Oh, I love routines like this with a long, fluid string of exercises! I love the feeling of the extra focus of getting the order right while doing the exercises! I slowed myself WAY down trying to write down a tick mark for each round. I gave that up after the first three rounds and just kept count in my head. Finished 10 rounds and the 3 pushups. I went for a second try after a little breather in between and beat myself (not stopping to keep track really helped!)…made my second go-round in 12 rounds even.
Burned 218 calories for 2 rounds.

This one was fun. I did 9 full rounds even. Although I forgot to do my homework after 🙁 Already cozy in bed when I just realized that….is it crazy that I am tempted to get out of bed to do them now? lol

It will be ready if you count the reps for one round and track how many rounds you did. Then just multiply by the number of the reps. I’m sweating after 5 min, amazing! Exactly 9 rounds, have to improve next time, love you, ciao

OK Z so I completed 8 rounds within the 5 minutes (even though I kept on going so I would reach your mark :)). Matters to say maybe that previous to this I did 35 plyo. Goblet Squats (with a 11lbs weight) + 15 push-ups (with bars) and 9+9 one-leg (at a time), kneeling deadlifts (same amount of weight), from a rep test of the program I’ve been following so maybe this wear me down a little? 🙂
