I felt like doing something little bit different today and I wanted to have more fun so I came up with this crazy exercise combo. How many times can you repeat the combo within 5 minutes? Challenge yourself and try to beat my score! If you don’t care about the thrill of competition, do it to burn a lot of extra calories, or for better looking skin or for whatever floats your boat. Exercise has so many benefits, I’m sure you can find a reason. Love, love, love 🙂 Z.

    This was fun! i did this after KB all level #12 in which i added 20 kb swings with my beast after each exercise (multi task to get homework done). It was a good cardio. did not expect that!

    Hi Zu…I did this one also today! Not my favorite at all…confuse and not fluid but it is done! 10 rounds with few seconds extra. Within 5 min-9 rounds and all exercises till donkey kick ( including it). See you all, take care.

    Inspired by Darlene I did this after Black Diamond #1.Did 9 rounds and 2 push ups!Sweating like crazy!
