Hey guys, I would like to dedicate today’s workout to Magda, our ZGYM buddy, who is now in a hospital and going through some tough times. She’s someone who loves to workout and loves a challenge and it’s heartbreaking to read her comments about her body giving her such a hard time. Remember Magda, it’s mind over matter and we are all thinking of you and wishing you to get better very soon. I know you’ll send me soon another picture of you doing some crazy exercise and motivate us all once again!!

    We pray for your quick recovery, Magda! We all miss you and we are waiting for you! Just keep calm and feel our love!

    I would like to ask something which is not much significant, but still… After 5 Minute Workouts I always do the short (the older) Cool Down & Stretching, becauste otherwise it would become two or even three times longer than the main routine itself. Am I wrong?

    I love 5min wo you can make them any lenght you like or set goal of 5rounds and see how long etc or even as a hiit haha love zgym!
