Hey guys, I would like to dedicate today’s workout to Magda, our ZGYM buddy, who is now in a hospital and going through some tough times. She’s someone who loves to workout and loves a challenge and it’s heartbreaking to read her comments about her body giving her such a hard time. Remember Magda, it’s mind over matter and we are all thinking of you and wishing you to get better very soon. I know you’ll send me soon another picture of you doing some crazy exercise and motivate us all once again!!

Get well soon Magda! It’s hard to go through setbacks, and it is maddening when our bodies let us down. But take the time you need to properly heal and come back stronger than ever!
This was a great workout, I think my dive bomber form is improving! Yay! Completed 42reps total. Now bring on the beast for some KB Swings!
