I have to say that nothing feels as good as being free and strong in your body. I feel lucky for being healthy and able to do handstands for fun, and waking up in the morning without aches and pains. I’m so glad I’m more flexible now than I’ve ever been, but all that didn’t happen over night and without effort. It doesn’t matter when you start at what age, because our bodies can adapt quickly. Start taking control of your fitness today and you’ll be forever grateful you did. Try this workout, push yourself, and have fun!

    This workout was perfect!! I feel amazing after! I like the combo of exercises. You feel the burn!!

    **Z, how do you get your arms as toned as they are? Do I need to focus on burning fat to tone arm muscles? I realize that It’s diet as well. I follow your diet because we have similar body types.

    **Please give advice on how to have toned arms that are amazing like yours!

    This workout was awesome and as I posted earlier, these 5 minute ones kill me! So I made myself do it twice through. Had a long hiatus so trying to get back on the wagon this month 🙂

      Not zuzka but, the kettlebell can be the answer 😬 Snatch, shoulder press, even 1arm swing is effective. And also zuzka does a lot of upper body workout, a Lot of pushups divebombers, handstands and exercises like donkey kick and pike jumps also requres strong shoulders and arm balance,works shoulders. lastly, “handleing” heavy dumbells and being use to workout with them helps you
