I have to say that nothing feels as good as being free and strong in your body. I feel lucky for being healthy and able to do handstands for fun, and waking up in the morning without aches and pains. I’m so glad I’m more flexible now than I’ve ever been, but all that didn’t happen over night and without effort. It doesn’t matter when you start at what age, because our bodies can adapt quickly. Start taking control of your fitness today and you’ll be forever grateful you did. Try this workout, push yourself, and have fun!

    Hi Zu and friends.. Workout of the day done. Good light one… I did 50 M burpees and the 5 min. I am sweating! I just wanted to say that it is obvius that Zuzka does more than 15 min workout per day but that is her job, she has to do more to be able to maintain her fitness level and body and cope with all the shooting and new exercises she gives to us. We can not compare us with her in any sense. She is the Master and we are her disciples. Score below. See you all, take care.

    zuzka, i liked this workout. it was just enough to get my heart rate up and get me moving. i always want to do more, but rest is important too.t so today only two 5 min work outs. but i also want to practice my pistol squats and pull ups and one arm push ups. i’ll do 5 min of that too.

    Redid this 5 minutes workout today as a little buy out after Cardio Shred #33 and it definitely is a lot of fun 😊
