    Happy Birthday Z!
    today I am starting back by bike training. I registered for the worldwide day of “bike to work” on the 10th May .I know my condition is good thanks to Zgym workouts, but the posture on bike is something specific (ouch, saddle hurts). So I will keep today’s workout for Sunday.

    I looove interval Training!! Thanks zuzka! Could we maybe also have some of the cardioshred or bodycrush workouts in an interval style instead of 15 min AMRAP, just to change things up? ๐Ÿ˜Š

    I love 20 seconds intervals. They made me push much harder than 50 seconds ones and therefore for me they are way more efficient. Can we have more of them instead of AMRAP too? And happy birthday Zuzka ๐Ÿ™‚
