    Hi Zu and friends. I did this one today and repeated wednesday workout. I shot myself doing it and it was quite horrible specially while doing exercise 3, that is 100% out of form. Zu I need help…my back makes an S shape while doing push-ups, my butt is little up, lower back down and then upper back up again. I tried to make upper back straight but I can not. Keeping lower back up is also difficult..what is the problem? πŸ™ I do not have power and strength in my back and shoulders or my spine is not straight. I will try to do again and I will keep making videos till I see my push-ups in a nice form. Come on what is this now. I will send email to you. See you all, take care.

      Checking your form in the mirror is a good idea, and if you feel any pain in your lower back, than you might have a muscle imbalance that can be fixed with postural routines such as the latest one for lower back.

        Thanks Zu…I checked again my form doing the push-ups with legs straight, not wide opened and it was fine. I will keep on checking it. Thanks for the reply. I feel pain only in upper back. See you take care.
