    oh how did you know?? i have been so bad at just watching the exercises and not doing them lately. lazy i am. Gotta get to it. Kinda like the quote…”if I worked out as much as I think about working out, I would be HOT!” …or at least in better shape!

    Happy birthday! I did Black Diamond #5 today since i am still trying to get a pull up. Did this as a finisher. Wow, i just love the black diamond and trying to do them 3 times a week. I think i am getting stronger though. I walked off a box and did negatives and tried to pull up as lowering. Great workout.
