I’m sure that many of you are excited for the weekend. I know how Fridays are. You’re looking forward to finish your work and get home as fast as possible and relax with your family or go out with friends. That’s why I keep our Friday workouts short yet still intense. It’s for the sustainability reasons which I talked about in today’s coffee talk: How to get into shape -part 1. You don’t want to set yourself up for a failure by planning a long workout for every single day. Be reasonable, make sure your expectations are realistic and you won’t have to worry about falling off the wagon. Get this workout over with and then go on with your weekend!

Wow intense 5 minutes 🙂 as I am able to do 1 pull up I was doing 1 pull up and 2 chin ups. Great push ups and incredible lunges with kb 🙂 I did 2 full rounds and exercise 1.

Zuska it took you over 4 minutes to go through explanations of this 5 min workout….unnecessary. You could easily redirect people to your various tutorials….it’s very frustrating to listen to the explanations over and over again when the majority of what you present are advanced routines here. Just a thought because I have noticed you are spending a lot of time talking about what your going to do….it’s well intentioned but very tedious. Thank you!
