Five minute doesn’t seem like a lot when it comes to a workout, but trust me, if you engage in such a high intensity training and combine it with a clean diet, you are going to switch your metabolism and muscles into a fat burning furnace. Besides it’s fun! Or is it just me who thinks it’s fun? π Let me know.
P.S. Don’t bee too surprised if you feel like you hate me after this workout.

I just have done it! I’ve counted only body weight exercises for the tracker. For me, its better when I have exactly what I have to do, not “free style”. ) Because I’ve hit myself with a jump rope. π
Anyway I like this workout. π

I did “break” my JR yesterday (the screw did fly away somewhere) so I have to find it now. I hadn’t done JR in a while and lagged on my DU progress. I love mixing up with scissor JR and for fun I’d rather do an arm crossing than a DU.
today is my active rest and will go for a trail run/hike (no bears or mountain lion to worry about here…but I wish I could visit the wilderness of Cali one day). you can follow me on Strava.

Whew!! That was an awesome cardio. I did it twice with 5 min #68 in the middle. I burned over 200 calories…forgot to look right away. For the jr I did 10 high knees (fast paced) DU, repeat. One of the rounds I did scissors. I think this afternoon I’ll do a black diamond workout.

I did the same thing. Sandwiched 68 in between 2 rounds of 78. Whew!

Hey girl!! I also felt much better this morning after doing this. Even half way through I was thinking how much better I already felt. The other day Zuzka was talking about why we do what we do here in Zgym and it really makes me feel amazing every day….well MOST days lol.
I just finished black diamond 4 and forgot how much I loooove the deep burn I got from the Swiss ball and that series. Hey Zuzka, could we see more Swiss ball!? π I love it!!

I am glad you are okay… we all have our better and worse days, but as long as we manage to stay on track with the workouts we are awesome… π I bet you are kicking some serious ass, doing 2 wo a day and all that… I am still happy to squeeze one, haha… π
I love swiss ball too, I know what are you talking about, it is different type of burn and I think I agree with you to add some more of those…
ps. I am super anxious about seeing the new summer shred vol 2 series, hope it will start soon lol! π

One of the more intense 5 minute workouts – it’s all in the jumping. I think that getting proficient with the jump rope is the key to getting the most out of this sort of routine. Fun!

Hoping to feel well enough for this one today. Been sick off and on all week. One day I’m fine, next not so much. π Btw… Thanks for the “back to top” button! π
