Five minute doesn’t seem like a lot when it comes to a workout, but trust me, if you engage in such a high intensity training and combine it with a clean diet, you are going to switch your metabolism and muscles into a fat burning furnace. Besides it’s fun! Or is it just me who thinks it’s fun? 🙂 Let me know.

P.S. Don’t bee too surprised if you feel like you hate me after this workout.

    Zuzka!!! I focused more on doing DBU’s for the JR free style. I did it twice and also to get a bit more practice ;-). This one was intense & fun! Happy Friday! xoxo

    Jump rope freestyle is fun! I did 6 high knees and then 2 DU’s in a row. Thanks Zuzka, only love coming from here.

    You are completly right Zuz!! I don´t know how can be possible but i hate you in the middle of the workout!!! Just 5 minutes…JUST 5 MINUTES !!! C´mon try to do it!!! Hehehehe I love you Zuz!

    Hi Zu and friends! I am super busy now packing for a weekend trip so I did not count the reps, just jumped into it. Now 20 min yoga and enough for the day! See you all, take care

      Ah it is 0 degrees here so no sweat after the workouts but it is awesome to warm up the body. 😀

    LOVED this one! Anything with the jump rope makes me happy. 🙂 I did the same jumps as you, Zuzka, and would love if you incorporated the high knees to double-unders in another workout…was SO MUCH FUN! 🙂 Thx for a quick, effective, and awesome 5 minutes!

    I would put this in my favorites.. what are your favorite x workouts everyone? what workouts should I do when I get the membeship?

      My favorites are Body Crush 12, Cardio Shred 18 and 15-minute fat burn 1 & 4! I know I have others I love, but those are the ones hanging out in my favorites (along with a few of the 5-minutes ones, too! Especially 53 & 26!)…those first two especially I look at, remember, and remember how much fun they are! 😀

    Great workout! I did the routine twice and put 5min wo #68 in between… It was a great combo and this 5 min cardio is going to favs! Jumprope freestyle was the same as Zu’s so it was super fun 🙂
