Five minute doesn’t seem like a lot when it comes to a workout, but trust me, if you engage in such a high intensity training and combine it with a clean diet, you are going to switch your metabolism and muscles into a fat burning furnace. Besides it’s fun! Or is it just me who thinks it’s fun? šŸ™‚ Let me know.

P.S. Don’t bee too surprised if you feel like you hate me after this workout.

    This was great! I repeated the video three times for a perfect workout. I’ve been looking forward to the 5 minute workouts every Friday, the simple cardio routines make me really happy lol. #72 and #73 are my favorites when I only have a few minutes before work.

    Pwo. I hope to do this one again. I always find not knowing the exercises slows me down. I really enjoyed the freestyle jump rope as I was able to play and go super fast I want to do this one again soon
