It’s Friday!! Our easy and short workout day. You can take this routine anywhere. It’s bodyweight only and you won’t look completely crazy if you decide to do your training by the pool or on the beach in your bikini. I suggest you to watch the video first, become familiar with the exercises and then try to beat my personal best for this workout. I believe you can do 2 full rounds if you focus and really push yourself.
And if you feel like doing a full length workout and really kick your own ass, you can pick any ZGYM workout you want to get that done.
Workout Breakdown
5 Minute AMRAP
- Heel elevated stationary lunge to one leg prisoner squat x 4/4
- Doggie leg lifts (x3) to leg extended push up x 5/5
- Hip raise to V-sit x 12

Hi Zu and friends…I did this one today, 2 rounds with extra time. Exercise 2 was really hard. See you all, take care. Score: 1-3/3, 2-5/5, 3-12-2 rounds-56 reps with extra time

wow i just did the new fit slide # 8 but i didnt see anywhere to leave a comment so im doing it here bc i just got done this workout also but that fit slide # 8 workout was insane my whole body was trebelin when i was done and when i heard the buzzer for it to be over i was so glad but then when i heard u say lets try to finish it i could have dieed bur i said u know what i am a worrier so lets do this and when i was done i felt great thanks z

Fun one! Wanted a bit more of something , never did this one so that’s always fun for me! 46 reps, my prisoners have gotten so much better than they were, uggh, finally!!, my legs are getting stronger, maybe it’s all that pistol practice😜😝
