It’s Friday!! Our easy and short workout day. You can take this routine anywhere. It’s bodyweight only and you won’t look completely crazy if you decide to do your training by the pool or on the beach in your bikini. I suggest you to watch the video first, become familiar with the exercises and then try to beat my personal best for this workout. I believe you can do 2 full rounds if you focus and really push yourself.

And if you feel like doing a full length workout and really kick your own ass, you can pick any ZGYM workout you want to get that done.

  1. Heel elevated stationary lunge to one leg prisoner squat x 4/4
  2. Doggie leg lifts (x3) to leg extended push up x 5/5
  3. Hip raise to V-sit x 12

    Hi πŸ™ I am just trying to relax and enjoy my forced days off…can I talk at least? Hahahahah who else got a tattoo done? How many days you guys took rest? I heard it should be something around 10 days :O…it has been 24hs now and I am already here checking the website…totally addicted. Hope not to feel abstinance syndrome soon….kkkk.       your tattoo is beautiful. I always wanted to do one, but since I change my mind all the time, this is not really for me..also I have moles all over my skin, so not really space either, ha,ha.
      I am also “resting” today from my trail yesterday (unexpectedly took 4hr+ to complete) and did black diamond nr 6 today.
      I am super excited that I barely have no DOMS and should be able to do a summer shred tomorrow or Sunday.

        Thanks Laila…about changing mind that is true. That is why I did something that I believe and love a lot, otherwise only designs with ornament purpose I would certainly change my mind also. That is why people do many tattoos….kkk I also have 4 moles on my back right on the tattoo… all of them were fitting in the tattoo amazingly without spoiling the design and hardly can be noticed now. Nice to know about your trail…see you and take care.

      I think I took about a week off the last time I got one…sort of. I did short workouts here and there; I would stop when I got sweaty (and I’m a big sweater! πŸ™ ), and I avoided exercises that would stretch out the skin where the tattoo is. I just couldn’t NOT exercise. Where is your tattoo?

        Hi Nia…it is on the beginning of my spine (starting on back just on first spinal bone in the neck) and it goes up to the middle of my back, right in the center of my spine. Any body movement will move my spine and back πŸ™ hahahaha…that is the problem. Even if I workout only legs, the skin will be stretched anyways…I am taking one more day 100% off that is today when completing 72hs…then by tomorrow I will start Yoga practice. I read and I was advised to take 10 days off…dying here! hahahah…See you, take care.

        Hahahha…I did not know about the rest at all! But it seems to be quite obvious…a tattoo is like a big injure on skin (actually it is) so need to wait till it is healed…anyways it will be awesome a tattoo in your white skin…do it Zu soon! πŸ™‚ Love…see you, take care.

          but what if you dont like your tatto? what if you want to undone? I also wonder what is your tatto actually πŸ™‚ what I dont like the most is red and very big tattoes for some reason. and I love the most is words on your wrist(thats black)

    when I read the workout breakdown and saw “doggie leg lift” I thought this was going to be a sideways movement…like a dog peeing..ha,ha!
    not only do I feel good when I can do the workouts as described (I feel strong like Z), but I am looking forward to doing them in a similar bikini I ordered (no,no, I am not a copycat)
    I will obviously never look like Z…2 pregnancies turned my tummy into looking like a stranded jellyfish, but I got over it now as the inside feeling and performance is waaayyy more important.
    e.g. being able to carry my kids if need to be (20kg + and 30kg+)

    OK. enough ranting…have a good week-end warriorZ

        I think I will snip and cut-out a tank or t-shirt to make it mind-comfy and avoid sand sticking on my tummy so I can rock it on the beach . Snipping clothes has been my favorite craft recently. I am sure you would like it.

    I did this prior to finally getting around to SS #17 due to being out of town for a couple of days. I feel good being caught up with the workouts. I always do enjoy bodyweight exercise as they are so effective. I really liked #2. My quads were on fire!

    I’m so excited… I’m getting a Beast today! My husband got it for me for our 11th wedding anniversary. Most women want jerewlry as a gift…not me! I want a new kettlebell!!!

      That’s so cool, Mary. I’m the same way. My husband was going to get me a brand new road bicycle for our 11th anniversary this month but I have to have knee surgery so we’re putting it off until Christmas or or my birthday in February.

    I did this WO this morning and thought about adding weight but I’m glad I didn’t. The combos are plenty tough without it. I did 1 round plus 1 rep of Ex 1.

    Haha this excersize was GREAT!! My 2 boys joined me during the excersize, they loved it too:-) Luckily it was just 5 min, but I did the 5 min twice, just to feel a little bit more burn and I love the sweat. ZuZka, thanks for your great work outs, I LOVE THEM and it really keep me so much motivated!!! Lots of Love from Germany XOXO
