Challenge: Time Challenge
Duration: 15-20 Minutes
- Side lunge deadlift x 20 alt.
- Clams with power band x 20/20
- One Leg kneeling push up x 10/10
- Inner Thigh Lifts with Power Band 20/20
- Weighted V - Sit

This is probably the most I have pushed you in a Bunny Slope Workout. This series gets progressively more challenging so you should be noticing your strength and stamina improving. If you want to test yourself, you can go to one of the earlier Bunny Slope workouts and see if you can tell the difference. I suggest you try to beat my time and push yourself a little bit more during this workout and complete the 3 rounds faster than me.

Hi Zuzka,
Since I’m still very sore from SShred #2, the #1 were a bit intense- especially on my butt & quads ;-).I used 15lb DB for #1, the 5lb DB for #5. Loved all the exercises! Great wo! xoxo

This was a nice short workout and initially I was concerned since yesterday’s workout also featured the side lunge deadlifts. I finished this with 4 minute jump rope tabata. I will walk with a co-worker at lunch today and then will do an ab workout this evening with kb swings. I am really missing the black diamond and jump rope kb series and perhaps will take my favorite exercises from that to do tonight or tomorrow instead of another Lifted Butt series workout. Great work Zuzka! I loved it, I had no problems with this one! Yeah! I can’t thank you enough! You are one of the very few trainers who don’t get on my nerves! You inspire me to do better! God is coming my Dad home and going to my gym is not option for me, I’m on a emotional roller coaster. I need this to help me deal with my feelings, like you said you do in your book. I don’t want to let my fitness go as I go through this, ๐ so I can’t thank you enough for creating your zgym! God bless you:)

My medium power band broke ๐ And I just bought it… Good thing the heavy was just fine. That actually felt like the lowest I would want to go. I will most likely switch between the heavy and extra heavy power bands. Hopefully those don’t break, too. It’s a different brand than Zuzka has, but they had great reviews. Oh well…
