Here is another awesome 5 minute workout for everyone who doesn’t like to give up on their training even on a very busy schedule. It’s a great way to compromise and you’ll see that even 5 minutes of exercising a day is better then no exercising at all. This workout in particular can be either easy to moderate when it comes to intensity if you use light or no dumbbells. If you want this workout to really kick your butt, then focus on doing as many reps as possible and use dumbbells that are at least 5 lbs each. The heavier the weights, the harder this workout is going to be. The harder it is the more calories you’ll burn during and after the workout. I suggest to push yourself beyond your comfort zone, because it’s only 5 minutes and if this is your only workout, you really want to get as much out of your time as possible.
You can do this workout with me rep by rep by playing the video, or you can do it on your own. Just make sure that you know what each exercise looks like and that you know the proper form, so I suggest to watch the video first. Here is the workout breakdown:
1. Side to Side Lunge – 30 sec
2. Reverse Squat – 30 sec
3. Backward lunge front kick (left) – 30 sec
4. Backward lunge front kick (right) – 30 sec
5. Reverse Squat – 30 sec
Repeat this circuit one more time to get the 5 minutes in. As the name of the workout suggests, you will be working your butt and legs. Just to let you know, my butt is still sore from this short 5 minute routine!

Wow, these 5 minute workouts are great. It’s so nice of you to mention Cassey Ho and show her your respect, I’ve been doing Cassey’s workouts for over a year now and I like them very much. Besides that, I check out on your website for extra exercises and the heavier stuff 😉 I really admire you. You’re a brave, strong an pretty woman. Keep it up Zuzka :)))

I just did this one two times through for a ten minute workout. Loved it, Zuzka! My form has gotten so much better on my reverse squats. 🙂
