Clapping Push Up Challenge

Hey Warriorz!

This is a challenge specifically for you, because you’re strong, you’re brave and you’re awesome! That’s right, it’s time to believe in yourself and take on every challenge life throws at you. And every challenge I throw at you, so don’t let me hanging. 

 

 

 

Here are the rules for our short 1 minute challenge. First of all, keep a good form. The reason for that is not just because it looks better, but because doing the clapping push ups or any exercise for that matter, with proper form, makes it a lot harder. Improper form is basically cheating. Secondly, I said in the video that I want to see regular clapping push ups, but now that I’m thinking about it, I’d be happy to see you doing clapping push ups even off of your knees, because I want to include everyone regardless of fitness level. That said, even if you can’t do regular push ups, I bet you can try for clapping push ups off of your knees. Challenge yourself!!

    I can’t do even one clapping push up, so I did a challenge for losers 🙂 32 clapping push ups on knees in one minute and 16 regular push ups in one minute.
