We’ve been doing the same old stretching routine for a few months now and while that’s not something to be concerned about in terms of our fitness, you and I both know how important it is to change things up for the sake of sanity. This one was posted on BodyBuilding.com and some of you may have already seen it. Now you’ll have this routine available in Workouts and ZGYM under Zspecials and open for everyone to try.

    This was an excellent stretch routine Zuzka, both for upper and lower body best one ever!! however I am so not flexible and feel awful as I cant do the complete stretch my body is not in line, my left side is better than my right I know that, I am thinking of getting a chriopactor about it maybe that will help me to improve as it really gets me down!!

    Love this cool down! Stretches I’ve never done before that really target those muscles that get so tight after workouts.

    Hi Zuzka, wonderful stretching routine, I will do it daily after the workouts, just finished and I realized that my hamstrings muscles are in need of stretching, they are very stiff…thanks a lot for such nice routines. You are the best…love u! 🙂

    That’s great! and 12 minutes is perfect. It would be also great if you could shoot another warm-up. The 2 minutes one is way to o short. I do mine based on your old ones found on youtube.
