We’ve been doing the same old stretching routine for a few months now and while that’s not something to be concerned about in terms of our fitness, you and I both know how important it is to change things up for the sake of sanity. This one was posted on BodyBuilding.com and some of you may have already seen it. Now you’ll have this routine available in Workouts and ZGYM under Zspecials and open for everyone to try.

I used to follow your workouts before you created the Zgym and my favorite part about it all was that the workouts made me feel strong. I remember once I was at the gym doing one of your workouts and an older gentleman came up to me and asked me if I knew how incredibly strong I was. I just smiled and thanked him. It has been a few years but I am determined to be strong again!

I LOVED that stretch! I liked the one from your Zcut Cardio series but this one had the stretch for the glutes which I really needed today! Thanks Z!

Hi Zu…today I did this one instead of Performance and Prevention…I will alternate both so that body will not get used to one stretching routine only. This one is also amazing! See you, take care. 🙂
