We’ve been doing the same old stretching routine for a few months now and while that’s not something to be concerned about in terms of our fitness, you and I both know how important it is to change things up for the sake of sanity. This one was posted on BodyBuilding.com and some of you may have already seen it. Now you’ll have this routine available in Workouts and ZGYM under Zspecials and open for everyone to try.

    At several points this cool down felt like a workout! You make it look so easy. I’ll let you know when I can bend like you. Thanks for challenging us.

    I have super tense and weak shoulders, and I noticed that when I do the very last stretch (chicken wing), it hurts the tops of my shoulders when I pull. Will it get better with time as I keep doing it or should I do an alternate shoulder stretch?

      Try to pull just gently and hold it for 40 seconds and see if the tension becomes less intense. You can also skip the “wing” and just keep your arm by your side while tilting your head the other way. You can also try my postural therapy routine for shoulders.

      Yes, I agree, I would love a cool down with more balance between upper and lower body stretches. The 2 routines I use from Zuzka (this one and YouTube) seem both very heavy on lower body.๐Ÿ™ƒ
