We’ve been doing the same old stretching routine for a few months now and while that’s not something to be concerned about in terms of our fitness, you and I both know how important it is to change things up for the sake of sanity. This one was posted on BodyBuilding.com and some of you may have already seen it. Now you’ll have this routine available in Workouts and ZGYM under Zspecials and open for everyone to try.

I love this stretching routine, but what i love the most is that some days i end up so tired from the workouts that i can hardly do this ๐ like today for example after KLW #1

I can’t do plow! Have to assist my butt up into the air and then my neck hurts and I feel pressure in my head, is there a way to modify or gradually work up to it?
