We’ve been doing the same old stretching routine for a few months now and while that’s not something to be concerned about in terms of our fitness, you and I both know how important it is to change things up for the sake of sanity. This one was posted on BodyBuilding.com and some of you may have already seen it. Now you’ll have this routine available in Workouts and ZGYM under Zspecials and open for everyone to try.

That would be awesome to have more cool downs and stretching! Like with workouts, I get bored quickly and loose motivation to do them. I really need to work on doing better cooldowns–this will really help!! Thanks Z!

The next day I feel very good, no muscle pain at all.(never had that and with training every day this was something I thought would happen FOR SURE!!!)

I love this stretching routine even though I have been doing it for a while now. Any chance Z you might be working on a new stretching routine soon?;) Also, I would love a routine or series focused on improving hip mobility.
