Energy Boost Workout
Fitness | July 21, 2014
Do you ever feel sluggish during the day? Who doesn’t sometimes right? We all have great days, good days, and not so good days. It may have nothing to do with your life or what’s going on in your outside world. Most of the time, what really matters is what we feel inside and that’s what wears us down. The good news is that if you change your physical state, you have a pretty good shot at changing your mood, which can give you an instant burst of energy.
One thing that I do understand very well is that when you are feeling internally fatigued, the last thing you want to do is to get up and do a workout. That would be the best way to snap out of it, however the reality is that if nobody’s there to push you, then you’re unlikely to follow through.
This workout is however nonthreatening and I can guarantee you that it won’t even make you feel like you’re actually working out. It’s shorter then 5 minutes and you’ll be surprised how much energy you’ll feel after completing it. All you have to do is to lay down on your back, bend your knees, get comfortable and press play button on the video whenever you’re ready to boost your energy. I’ll take you through the short workout so that you don’t need to even think. Just focus on the movement and how you feel in your body. When you’re done, sit up with your chest and chin up and think of something that makes you smile. Whatever you’re going through… Never. Give. Up. Always use the tools you have to get back on top of the game.
Best,
Z.
