Workout Routine

Workout Breakdown:

One Arm Kettlebell Swings – 10 reps
Burpee – 1 rep
Figure 8 Squat – 10 reps
Burpee – 1 rep
Touch The KB Push Up – 10 alternating arms
Burpee – 1 rep

Do as many rounds as possible (maximum total reps) in 5 minutes.

women beginners: 18 – 20lbs
strong women: 26lbs
men average strength: 35lbs
strong men: 44lbs

Try to beat my score, and remember that the harder you push yourself and the more reps total you do, the more calories you’ll burn and the stronger you’ll get. Now get up and lets do this!!

    Any tips for doing figure 8 squats? I find that my knees tend to hurt after doing a couple of them.

    i wonder what is going on with the zgym, is there going to be another week with out any new workouts?

      I’d like to know that too. It’s nearly 8AM in the UK here (Monday) and no new videos or at least weekly schedule have been posted on the Zgym. I’m slowly (but surely)losing my patience.

    Second week of no new workouts. I imagine her time is being spent on her new DietBet program. If this continues throughout this month and next I’m canceling.

    love this workout love kb swings not so much burpees 🙁

    for all of those waiting for new workouts maybe you can look at the old videos from like a year or two ago and see if you can beat your old time. That way when the new workouts come out you’ll be refreshed 🙂

    CUT.THAT.HAIR. It’s dry and brittle. Eat some fat for that. Whew! What a workout. 5 minutes and I’m beat. What I like to do sometimes is dart my eyes back and forth, left to right, for a full 5 minutes! Try it! It gives your eyes a really good workout.
