One Arm Kettlebell Swings – 10 reps
Burpee – 1 rep
Figure 8 Squat – 10 reps
Burpee – 1 rep
Touch The KB Push Up – 10 alternating arms
Burpee – 1 rep

women beginners: 18 – 20lbs
strong women: 26lbs
men average strength: 35lbs
strong men: 44lbs

    Just tried it!
    I think it’s my favorite 5-minute workout so far! 🙂

    I did Zwow 26 before (I wrote down every Zwow breakdown from 1 to 70 in a notebook in the past – freak like that – so I can still do them if I want) and trust me, worked out on my abs perfectly with this extra 5-minute!

    Yesterday night May 1…Amazing Abs workout! Well, I did 3 times 5 minutes wo # 32; also I did 5 minutes wo # 8 and I did 5 full rounds, Dive bombers killed my arms hahhaha! Then I did 5 minutes wo # 7 with 4 full rounds + # 1 + # 2 + 8 reps of exercise # 3, last time I did only 4 full rounds; and for finish my night I did a personal KB workout with 5 differents exercises of 20 reps each one and I did 2 full rounds in 9:06 minutes ! And now I’ll sleep ! Good night

    Great workout, Z! I love kettlebells! I did this one two times through to make it a 10-minute workout, and then I completed 5-Minute Workout #32 as a finisher. Loved it all! 🙂
