Workout Breakdown:

One Arm Kettlebell Swings – 10 reps
Burpee – 1 rep
Figure 8 Squat – 10 reps
Burpee – 1 rep
Touch The KB Push Up – 10 alternating arms
Burpee – 1 rep

Do as many rounds as possible (maximum total reps) in 5 minutes.

women beginners: 18 – 20lbs
strong women: 26lbs
men average strength: 35lbs
strong men: 44lbs

Try to beat my score, and remember that the harder you push yourself and the more reps total you do, the more calories you’ll burn and the stronger you’ll get. Now get up and lets do this!!

    2 rounds + 10 fig-8 squats.

    Followed it up with 25:00 mins on the exercise bike and Arm Balance #1. D.E.A.D!

    2 rounds plus the first 4 exercises. (and I did 5 pushups instead of 10 because I am so slow at them right now 🙁 ) Maybe I was a bit slower because I swam two thirds of a mile before this and then did power yoga 22.

    Hi Zu and friends, this one is also done! Score 3 rounds + 6 kb reps within 5 min but I completed the 10 reps with little extra time! Nice light workout. See you all, take care.

    Completed this one today without burpee in between and used that time to catch my breath (in the process of Keto adapting and my stamina is not up to par). Used 30# KETTLEBELL with buy-in & buy-out of 3 power band exercises and 20 weighted backward lunge. Great workout though;)
