Hotel Style Workout #1

I’ve been traveling quite a lot lately and I posted a couple of workouts that I did in my hotel rooms. I find it incredibly helpful to do some physical exercise when I travel, because the amount of hours that I spend sitting on the plane or in the car makes me all stiff and achy.  It just feels great to stretch your body especially if you have an important business meeting ahead of you or if you are about to spend the day with your family and loved ones. You don’t want to be cranky around them on your own vacation, and a short workout like this one can help you to feel better. Besides I’ve been always trying to keep myself in shape no matter what I do or how busy I am, and so should you because it’s going to make you feel better 🙂

 

 

Here is the workout breakdown:

1. Jump Squat into Side Lunge – 20 reps alternating sides

2. One Leg Pike Press Push Up – 10 reps

3. One leg elevated Lunge into Forward Lunge – 5 reps on each leg (use a chair)

Complete 2 rounds.

 

As you can see this workout is short and it won’t leave you completely wiped out like my other workouts 🙂 These hotel style workouts are great for maintaining what you’ve worked for, to get the blood flowing and to make you feel good.

    Thank you so much for this workout! Due to injury, I have been in such a rut. I’m on a business trip and you provided the inspiration that I needed to get back going again. I haven’t worked out in over a month, so thank you for helping me through this.

    I love the idea of doing these once in the morning and then another short workout in the evening. Would love to see more workouts like this one!!

    Customer service please help me I have been trying to contact through the contact button but keeps telling me the code I entered is incorrect so it is not sending

    I was charged for this month yet it says I am unauthorized to view anything in the Zgym this just isn’t fair what is going on? And I keep trying to send an email and keeps telling me the code I enter is wrong, but it isn’t!! Why am I unauthorized when I am still getting charged on my credit card??! Wtf is going on? Customer service help me please.

      Hi,Zuzka! You do look excellent always! I like variety of your workouts and I never get bored with doing them! One question:do you train in the fitness gym and how many times a week?

    im wondering, what is zuzanna’s mile minute pace :O…. is it 5 minutes per mile?

    any types on breathing zuzanna? ( working out in general)

    I did it for 10:29 after 13:24 of 4 Minute Workout for awesome arms and strong lower back (29.08.13) and 20:30 of Hotel Room workout from Boston (21.10.13) + 5:57 of 3 Minute Workout for butt and abs (19.08.13)
