Rain Won't Stop Me Workout
Fitness | March 12, 2014
Hi everyone, I have a great workout for all of you who like to be challenged. The exercises in this routine are all bodyweight so no exercise equipment needed. Some people think that if you’re not lifting heavy dumbbells, or barbells the workouts just can’t be intense. Maybe they just never tried my workouts 🙂 I don’t want to scare you or intimidate you, I want you to get excited for this challenge and I want you to fight through it. Watch the video and try each exercise first to make sure that you have a great form.
Now that you’ve seen the exercises and you know what the workout is about, make sure to warm up. Make some space around you and get your stop watch ready. You should try to complete the 3 rounds as fast as possible. Don’t feel intimidated, it’s just a game. You know that you can stop or pause at any point. You are in control, so no reason to be scared to try it and to try to push at your max effort. If you ever feel like your fitness journey is a struggle, then remember that you’re not alone. It’s a challenge for all of us and it’s all about our perspective. If you see it as a game instead of a serious issue, you’ll more likely to enjoy the process.
If you like this workout, you are going to love all of my workouts in the Zgym!
Best,
Zuzka.

Wow, looks like fun 🙂 Its a shame that I have a bad cold this week so I am scarred to work out, will try this whenever I feel better. I feel so bad and helpless missing out your Zgym workouts this week 🙁 I know whenever I eat healthy and exercise I should be more stronger and healthier, so that’s why it is even more frustrating that i got sick in a first place. What is your best coping whenever you feel week (of course as humanbeing we tend to get sick), I am just curious how you deal with it?

could you explain what one rep is please? so for the first exercise is 1 rep, 1 snowboarder on each side, or does each touch of the ground count as 1 snowboarder? Ditto for the plank exercise
Thank you!

I did this workout today’s morning for the first time and loved it. Took me 15 min. and 22 sec. and the exercise I liked the most was the plank push-up side crunch… – that one was really powerful and sexy 😀

I did 4 rounds of this workout in about 17-18in ( 3 rounds in 12:50) + 30 min of tabata + 4 min of arms burnout. I was dead in the end. Thank you!
