Hey everyone,
I jumped into a pool for you, so now you can do me a favor, get up and do this 5 minute workout! I know it doesn’t seem like a whole lot of exercise but trust me, you’ll feel the burn 😉
You can play the video and do this workout with me rep by rep or you can do it on your own if you feel like playing your favorite song or two and push yourself way beyond your own comfort zone. Sometimes this is the best way to release stress and get your confidence back. Just tear it up for a few minutes, and enjoy the endorphins.Â
1. Suicase Deadlift – 10 reps each side with a dumbbell
2. Weighted Jump Squats – 10 reps
3. Â Weighted One Leg Deadlifts – 10 reps on each leg
Watch at least the beginning of the video to see the proper form of each exercise and then just set your timer to count down 5 minutes while you go through the circuit as many times as you can. Do not stop or pause until the time is over. Keep going even if you just completed 2 full rounds and have only 3 seconds left. You can always squeeze in an extra rep.Â
As you can tell from the exercises, this workout focuses on your thighs and your butt. Let me tell you what I think. Size don’t matter. Whether you’re wearing size 4 or size 8 who cares, however you will always look sexy if your body has a nice shape and looks strong and healthy. Pick up the  weights and lets do this! 🙂

Hi, I have the same exact problem, my next payment is due in October and they won’t be able to charge me because my credit card is expired and haven’t been able to update it for some reason. She’s saying dead lifts on the 1st and 3rd exercises, but isn’t she doing squats for all 3 exercises? Doesn’t a dead lift require that you keep your legs relatively straight?

It seams I did not recover after the cold yet. Could not manage more than 15 minutes. Plan was for 30 minutes. Now taking pause third day.

again fever. missing my workouts(((((. zuzka pls, write about muscule inguries after rop jump. i very often injury my feet and carry it long time. thank you for your hard work that is inspiing us to workout. to workout is only thing that can give selfconfinence, keeps you away from depression, let’s you to understand the ability of people around. thanks zuzka for being on my way to undetstand all these.
