Hey everyone,

 

I jumped into a pool for you, so now you can do me a favor, get up and do this 5 minute workout! I know it doesn’t seem like a whole lot of exercise but trust me, you’ll feel the burn 😉

 

 

You can play the video and do this workout with me rep by rep or you can do it on your own if you feel like playing your favorite song or two and push yourself way beyond your own comfort zone. Sometimes this is the best way to release stress and get your confidence back. Just tear it up for a few minutes, and enjoy the endorphins. 

 

1. Suicase Deadlift – 10 reps each side with a dumbbell

2. Weighted Jump Squats – 10 reps

3.  Weighted One Leg Deadlifts – 10 reps on each leg

 

Watch at least the beginning of the video to see the proper form of each exercise and then just set your timer to count down 5 minutes while you go through the circuit as many times as you can. Do not stop or pause until the time is over. Keep going even if you just completed 2 full rounds and have only 3 seconds left. You can always squeeze in an extra rep. 

 

As you can tell from the exercises, this workout focuses on your thighs and your butt. Let me tell you what I think. Size don’t matter. Whether you’re wearing size 4 or size 8 who cares, however you will always look sexy if your body has a nice shape and looks strong and healthy. Pick up the  weights and lets do this! 🙂

P. S. Try not to get jealous about my belly flop. It takes a  lot of practice and dedication.

    I see other people are having problems with their subscription.I’m so frustrated.I have now renewed twice in a three month period and I am unable to reach customer service. The email contact on the website says failure when you attempt to email them. Any suggestions? I want to continue to workout with Zuzka.

    kim armstead, deadlifts-different versions and yes, some do call these squats. A lean forward with the torso enhances the activation of the glutes, as she demos.

    You are referring to the Romanian stiff leg deadlift.

    I did 5 min wo #8, and I did 5 full rounds + 5 reps of exercise #1 last time was exaclty 5 full rounds
    I did 5 min wo #9 and I did 3 full rounds + #1 + #2 and last time was only 3 full rounds!! I
    JRC # 9X workout, my time was 18:22 minutes

    Hi…I did this one also…2 rounds + 1 exercise all reps. For suitcase I used weights in both hands…it was two suitcases…hahaha 🙂 see you, take care.

    I did this one yesterday morning, in case I don’t have time to do a regular workout during the day. I did have time for another workout, and I did an upper body workout. Today my behind is so sore that I can’t even squat down to tie my shoelaces…and that is not from the upper body workout 😀 5 minutes kicked my butt…literally 😀
