Sexy Butt in 3 Minutes a Day - Butt Week #2

Hi girls,

For all of you busy bees out there that don’t have time to do even my short 15 minute workouts, don’t get discouraged, get excited instead, because I have a solution for you. I get days like that myself, when even my shortest workout still seems way too long for me to take on. Try this workout, to get a sexy butt in just 3 minutes a day! I would never give up on taking care of my body tho, because that is something that directly affects my mind. I believe in energy. Everything is actually an energy, which has been already proven by quantum physicists. This shows, that our body, mind and soul is just one interconnected energy field. You can change the way you feel by changing your posture, or your facial expression. No wonder, that physical exercise has such a huge impact on our mood.

 

 

That said, do not give up on your fitness just because you are busy. You don’t have to. You can still be a healthy, happy girl with an awesome butt that makes you proud 🙂 My advice number one for you is keep your diet clean. Ask yourself questions each time before you put anything in your mouth. Is this food good for me? How much do I want to be fit and feel great about my body? Do I want that more than I want this donut right now? How am I going to feel after I eat this junk food? The problem is that we use food for our emotional comfort and we are doing this without using our intellect. Asking yourself questions that will make you think more about what are you actually doing will help you to make better decisions. If you can keep your diet really clean, than the lack of time for regular exercise will not be such a big deal. Not with the advice that I have for you in the video above!

    Zuzka,
    I’ve been following your workout for almost two years now. However, I had ankle surgery in October, and just started healing. I’m trying to find good workout routines, but I am having trouble finding good low impact workouts. Do you think you can create a few low impact workouts for us who are having knee/ankle problems?

    Zuzka, can you tell me if your DVDs are going to be available in all Europe (in Serbia in particular) in future?
    Right now, I don’t have access to them, and I’d really like to buy them! 🙁

    Oh, I´m so excited about the Yoga DVD! I hope you´ll start to ship to Europe very soon. I didn´t buy the power cardio – I love you so much, but I didn´t feel like that I needed that for my current training – but the Yoga DVD I´ll buy absolutely! (Telling the truth, I hate yoga and pilates and stuff like that, but you make it look like fun and intense.) Special thank you for the fact that the DVD´s are region free/all regions, so we don´t have to worry about does it run in our DVD-players. Smart choice! (I´m a big Jillian Michaels fan, and it takes ages for her new DVD´s to be available on my region.) Have a great weekend!

    Zuzka, you were absolutly right about the 50 kettlebell swings 3/times a day. It’s a GREAT quickie workout that leaves you breathless, and a good workout for your glutes and arms. THANK YOU so much for the tip. I LOVE you and your site, and don’t know what IU would do without it. Havee a good weekend Zuz!!

    A great tip, Zuzka for a quickie workout – 50 reps of KB Swings 3x/day. I’m gonna start it today. Yay! About food, you’re absolutely right. Yesterday at work I received an email that we have ‘donuts’ from our bosses but when I read it, in my head, mind & hearts, I quickly said, I’m not gonna benefit from that food so I never grab it. I’m so proud of myself… You’re indeed in my inspiration and motivator. I cannot thank you enough. Happy weekend. 🙂

    Oh BTW, the moment I saw your line saying the Yoga Series is available, I ordered it right away… Your yoga style is very interesting and kinda my type. Looks like so much fun. 🙂
