Hi girls,
For all of you busy bees out there that don’t have time to do even my short 15 minute workouts, don’t get discouraged, get excited instead, because I have a solution for you. I get days like that myself, when even my shortest workout still seems way too long for me to take on. Try this workout, to get a sexy butt in just 3ย minutesย a day! I would never give up on taking care of my body tho, because that is something that directly affects my mind. I believe in energy. Everything is actually an energy, which has been already proven by quantum physicists. This shows, that our body, mind and soul is just one interconnected energy field. You can change the way you feel by changing your posture, or your facial expression. No wonder, that physical exercise has such a huge impact on our mood.
That said, do not give up on your fitness just because you are busy. You don’t have to. You can still be a healthy, happy girl with an awesome butt that makes you proud ๐ My advice number one for you is keep your diet clean. Ask yourself questions each time before you put anything in your mouth. Is this food good for me? How much do I want to be fit and feel great about my body? Do I want that more than I want this donut right now? How am I going to feel after I eat this junk food? The problem is that we use food for our emotional comfort and we are doing this without using our intellect. Asking yourself questions that will make you think more about what are you actually doing will help you to make better decisions. If you can keep your diet really clean, than the lack of time for regular exercise will not be such a big deal. Not with the advice that I have for you in the video above!

Just did 50 reps of KB Swings. I can feel my heart rate pump up. I broken down to 25 reps… I should have time it… I did time a 2nd set, 25 reps was only 47 seconds. We’re going out to ikea today and when I get back home, I’ll do it again. I think, I will call it ‘My past time or hobby workout’. ๐ I can even swing it while watching Naruto or Walking Dead. hehehehe ๐ ๐

Zuzka you just look so excited in this video for sharing this with us, your warriorZ ๐ I get just as excited as well, for you and for me, you always make it so easy, simple but so effective and exciting ๐ Actually I do love this kind of exercise challenges as a workout, and even though the exercise itself is not new, the idea of doing 50 reps of a single simple exercise like the ‘kettlebell swings’ divided through the day is a great reminder and a great tip; and you’re so right: it does works the entire body overall, and even the cardio. Thank you so much Zuzi, I’ll definitely make good use of this tip. You’re the best, always!

Oh My God Zuz this almost killed me XD I just did this first time (like this), first thing in this morning and 12kg. were just too much, I did first 15 reps on 12 kg., then I had to reduce 1 kg. and a half for the remaining reps. I had to take a quick secs. break on 40 I ended this totally out of breath! Took me 2 min. (and 1 sec.). Who needs morning coffees when one has this? XD 100 reps more today ahead of me yey! ๐

I noticed how you are lately only directing your posts toward your women followers…I know you still have plenty of men out there who love your workouts and follow you everyday, I think you should still direct it to the general audience (men and women) so that no one is feeling left out. Just my thoughts on it. ๐
