Hi guys,

This workout was a lot of fun for me for two reasons:

1. I put together fun and challenging exercise combos

2. Β I got new workout clothes from the fashion store Six:02 that sponsored this workout

This workout is really short but it did make me sweat and it was my easy day anyways, however if you want to really kick your butt with this routine, I suggest you do at least 2 or 3 rounds instead of just one.

Warm Up Routine

Cool Down & Stretching

 

Workout Breakdown

50/10 intervals = 5 minutes 50 seconds

1. Crow Plank jump tuck

2. Bridge push ups (x3) / V – ups (x3)

3. Elbow Pike /donkey kick/ jump

4. Deep squat & side lunge to jump

5. Plank rows to over head db press

6. Rocky Sit ups Β (two punches with db)

+ Competition Burpees for the last 12 seconds

This hoody / sweater is amazing – I’ve been wearing it non-stop πŸ™‚ and the shoes are really comfy.

    Hi Zuzka! I absolutely LOVED this workout. The Combos are so cool. I did two rounds, was glad for a shorter workout today which was still intense enough.
    Btw, I also love drop crotch pants, I have a pair myself that I wear a lot. However, with men it usually doesn’t fly so well ;-)) Combining them with heels might make up for it though. Besides, it’s about how WE feel, right?

      haha that’s funny you said that. Jesse makes fun of me when I wear those pants πŸ™‚ apparently they look like I have a diaper, but I just think they’re so cool πŸ™‚

    What a fun and fantastic workout although I couldn’t do the crow pose but did manage to get one foot of the ground ~ I had to do glute bridges too as I’ve not done a bridge (we called them crabs when younger) since I was 10 years old lol! I LOVE the pants and they SO suit you especially with your heels! The pants look mega comfy!

    Zuzka this really was a fun workout with great combo exercises, I did 3 rounds and enjoyed it:)) the outfits and shoes you have rock! I loved everything which makes me want to go their website and do some online shopping right now…lol. Let’s be honest though Zuzka, you look incredible in anything u wear! U inspire us

        I know Dawn you are so right ! Zuzka is amazing, her workouts are like no other and she’s so strong, lean and sexy. I may be 43, (almost 44 ) but seriously don’t miss a day and try hard to stay consistent with my exercise and eating… As u know when u have kids and a house and dogs etc,,, life can get stressful but I keep a journal and write down my workouts and meals for the day and how I’m feeling… Even on my crappy days… Lol

    What a fun workout! I loved these combinations. Totally different, challenging and fun! My body needed break today- I’m fighting a cold-so this was nice. I did two rounds. I would have done 3 if I felt better. And, of course, you look cute as ever in your new outfit!

    Did it this morning and it was great. Reminds me I really need to get back to working on my crow pose.

    Admittedly I was a little meh when I saw there was going to be a sponsored workout this week, but I really like how you put the video together and I’m excited to see the next one. I love your clothes and will definitely have to check out Six:02 now.

      ha πŸ™‚ I don’t like commercials and I’m pretty picky which products I show in my videos. If it’s a cute clothes I want to wear, there’s just no way I’d say no to that πŸ™‚ haha.
