Hi guys,

This workout was a lot of fun for me for two reasons:

1. I put together fun and challenging exercise combos

2. Β I got new workout clothes from the fashion store Six:02 that sponsored this workout

This workout is really short but it did make me sweat and it was my easy day anyways, however if you want to really kick your butt with this routine, I suggest you do at least 2 or 3 rounds instead of just one.

Warm Up Routine

Cool Down & Stretching

 

Workout Breakdown

50/10 intervals = 5 minutes 50 seconds

1. Crow Plank jump tuck

2. Bridge push ups (x3) / V – ups (x3)

3. Elbow Pike /donkey kick/ jump

4. Deep squat & side lunge to jump

5. Plank rows to over head db press

6. Rocky Sit ups Β (two punches with db)

+ Competition Burpees for the last 12 seconds

This hoody / sweater is amazing – I’ve been wearing it non-stop πŸ™‚ and the shoes are really comfy.

        Zuzka, I really like this type of workout! I just couldn’t do the bridge I have a bad vertebrae so I just did 1/2 bridge. It was thoughbut very eeffective for me and i was able to do the diet bet too. Yay :), love the blue nike top, the pants r different but cool, looks very nice on you but of course you make clothes look like a million box.:) Btw Z I know you like the blacklist show, you should watch the premier of Allegiance right after the blacklist on same channel. My daughter is on the show but not on tonight episode will be on next week. Her character’s name is Michelle Prado on the show of course. Ciao Bella πŸ™‚

    Hey Zuzka, love the outfits!!!! Also I have been working out with you for several months now and I just love all that you do. Your workouts are never boring and they always push me. I have worked out my whole life and I am in better shape with you at age 47 than I was in my twenties. I have done other work outs (big box sets and an hour a day for 60 days) and I managed to can weight and bulk up too big. Just thought you should know that, I so appreciate you and all that you do. You are different in that you walk the walk every day- 365 days a year and not just when it is time to shoot and release a new workout video like other trainers. Thanks for always challenging me!!!

    I absolutely LOVE it when one round involve a sequence of different movements ! This one was really really fun ! I did two rounds, and that’s it πŸ˜€ I’ve enjoyed every second of it ! Thanks Zuzka, you’re amazing as always, and I LOVE the outfit ! I also think that the pants are cool ;D and it’s a really good idea to pair them with high heels !

    Hi Zuzka and friends, I did 3 rounds, didnt rush because the exercises doesnt allow me to rush also πŸ™‚ different and complicated combos. I did the competition burpees at the end of the third round, 36 s, I could do 10. That is it, good workout. See you, take care.

    Ah I forgot to mention about the outfits, you look very nice wearing blue and I do LOVE this kind of pants, I have many like that I get from India…good choice. πŸ™‚

    Really fun workout. Struggle with the crow pose and bridge because of a cyst in my wrist. Too much pressure at the right angle can be painful. But I modify appropriately. πŸ™‚ I love the blue sweatshirt. My favorite color. But need to wait for a big sale. It’s $125! Boooo… πŸ™‚

    Loved the new moves in this one, Z! I was a little scared of the crow pose at first, but after doing two rounds of this one, I really got better and better with my form. πŸ™‚ It was also really fun to see your fashion haul. All of your wardrobe picks are super cute. I especially love the sweater; that color blue looks fantastic on you, too!
