Hi guys,

This workout was a lot of fun for me for two reasons:

1. I put together fun and challenging exercise combos

2.  I got new workout clothes from the fashion store Six:02 that sponsored this workout

This workout is really short but it did make me sweat and it was my easy day anyways, however if you want to really kick your butt with this routine, I suggest you do at least 2 or 3 rounds instead of just one.

Warm Up Routine

Cool Down & Stretching

 

Workout Breakdown

50/10 intervals = 5 minutes 50 seconds

1. Crow Plank jump tuck

2. Bridge push ups (x3) / V – ups (x3)

3. Elbow Pike /donkey kick/ jump

4. Deep squat & side lunge to jump

5. Plank rows to over head db press

6. Rocky Sit ups  (two punches with db)

+ Competition Burpees for the last 12 seconds

This hoody / sweater is amazing – I’ve been wearing it non-stop 🙂 and the shoes are really comfy.

    Great workout! I did 3 Times through, but modified the bridge by regular push-up! Can’t wait for next week!

    Zuzka Iove the pants I have a blue top (running) with the same finger less gloves (same color different brand) But i want the nike one like you!

    And holy shoe envy those nike’s are the most! I want them too Aren’t nike shoes the best?

    My back felt better today (with the bridges)

    I’m feeling pretty bummed out, I am fit and consider myself strong, I don’t understand why I can’t do the crow. Seems like my legs always slip off my arms making my arms hurt somewhat. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Zuzka,what a remarkable woman you are. Great exercise combos, maybe a bit too fast for that type of movement but we can do it at our own pace.

    Love these exercise combos! I did 3 rounds this morning and FACE PLANTED doing crow burpees in the 3rd round =) Thanks for sharing the six:02 site with us! They’ve got some great stuff.

    Hi Zuzka,
    The crow plank jump tuck was intense, my arms were on fire;-). I did twice, the first round used 10 lb DB then with 5lb DB. Great WO!
    P.S: nice top! Zuzka, I would love to see you in red color!

    Hi Zuzka,
    Could you kindly tell me the actual name of the type
    Of Nike slim jacket you’ve got on with the hoodie and the black Nike shoes as well. Love to get the exact pair of shoes and slim Nike jacket. So many varieties didn’t know which ones you had on lols!

    I also hurt my right knee and can’t do most of the plyometric and squatting workouts now. Got my knee in a strap. Coul you kindly put up some workouts that don’t involve pressuring the knee .
