Hi guys,

This workout was a lot of fun for me for two reasons:

1. I put together fun and challenging exercise combos

2.  I got new workout clothes from the fashion store Six:02 that sponsored this workout

This workout is really short but it did make me sweat and it was my easy day anyways, however if you want to really kick your butt with this routine, I suggest you do at least 2 or 3 rounds instead of just one.

Warm Up Routine

Cool Down & Stretching

 

Workout Breakdown

50/10 intervals = 5 minutes 50 seconds

1. Crow Plank jump tuck

2. Bridge push ups (x3) / V – ups (x3)

3. Elbow Pike /donkey kick/ jump

4. Deep squat & side lunge to jump

5. Plank rows to over head db press

6. Rocky Sit ups  (two punches with db)

+ Competition Burpees for the last 12 seconds

This hoody / sweater is amazing – I’ve been wearing it non-stop 🙂 and the shoes are really comfy.

    So, I’m just finishing my coffee and figuring out whic workout I will do today.
    This looked really interesting and fun, but the longer I watched the more my body was saying, “um, this looks kind of tough….I’m not sure I want to cooperate.” Ha ha, I guess I will have to see which wins out, my mind or my body. I mean, my body is working out, no question, it’s just I may have to trick it. This makes me sound crazy. Lol.
    Love the bra, and the sweater….and the boots are killer!

    This was great. I did your most recent Power Yoga #14 workout. Then did this for two rounds. For the donkey kick, I kicked all the way up into handstand (I’ve been training in handstands at a local aerial arts studio). Great morning exercise. My abs are feeling intense, and so is my butt. Thank you, super fun! Now for breakfast, some foam rolling, and a loooooooooot of studying (I’m in grad school). Thanks for keeping me sane and in shape when I would otherwise be a sluggish, sleep deprived (well….can’t say I’m not), out-of-shape grad student. And I don’t have to spend money on or waste time going to and from a gym, when I have little time and money.

    Also, there are so many things I never thought I could do, until you challenge me to try. Like this crow pose shooting into plank. I had no idea I could do this!!! So fun!! I remember when I couldn’t do double unders or eggs with a jump rope either until you motivated me to do them.

    I really enjoy that some of your workouts are high intensity interval training workouts then the next workout is a yoga one. It really keeps the body guessing which is great. Love the fitness workout so thank you.

    Had purposely avoided this workout when It was first posted because I couldn’t do crow or wheel. Tackled it today, with a tad more confidence! Crow to plank was ok, although I’m not used to going that fast. Wheel push-ups were still a big challenge for me. I just can’t straighten my arms, and so I have to use yoga blocks (against the wall). Even still, not sure my form is good. Oh well, keep practicing I guess!!
