Hi guys,

here’s the second workout in the Six:02 series, which means another new workout outfit from six:02 fashion store. Today I’m wearing a sports bra from Underarmour, running Nike shorts, and Nike training shoes. The shoes are perfect for my type of training because they have a low profile and no extra cushioning that could throw you off balance when exercising. Besides, I love the color, because it’s neutral and I think it makes my legs look longer than any other sneakers I have. Well, my legs are really short to begin with so I notice any little improvement in that department ๐Ÿ™‚

The workout is naturally intense because we’re combining jump rope cardio with kettlebell training so you’re going to raise up your heart rate, however some of you may want to do this workout twice or even three times even you want a super awesome training. I’m good, it’s my short day and I appreciate the easy days as much as I do the hard ones ๐Ÿ™‚ It’s like being excited for the weekend after the whole week of work. I’m sure we can all relate. I still want you to put all you have into this super short routine so that you’re really out of breath at the end, and try to do as many burpees as you can during the last 12 seconds right after you’re done with the Czech swings!

    Two of my favourite exercises…..skipping and kettlebells so i just had to do this a few times…3 rounds….fantastic exercises and workout! My new fave!
    I just love those shoes! And your shorts! I wonder if they ship to the UK?

        I did look at the postage…..sadly, it’s way too expensive at $39.99 dollars [ยฃ25}…. i do want those shorts so maybe Nike UK have them so off to look ๐Ÿ˜‰

    Great workout. I didn’t have much time today, so 6 min was perfect. For the burpees I did as another 20/10 round. Next time will definitely do 2 to 3 rounds. Best.

    This looks like my new favorite! I had plans to do body crush 7x today because it’s my favorite leg workout and body crush 9 tomorrow but on Saturday I will introduce this to my husband. My nationality is Czech I want to visit Prague so bad! Love everything about u z!

      I always hear from girls and their boyfriends and husbands can’t keep up with them during these workouts, so Im curious if you’ll beat your hubby in personal best ๐Ÿ™‚ Have you been to Prague? I miss that city so much. Sometimes I just wish I could teleport myself to my favorite places for coffee, dinner, or just a little walk.

        My hubby kicks my ass he does your workouts everyday as I do but we have different schedules so we can only so them together on Saturdays. He thinks you are so gorgeous! Must be a Czech thing ๐Ÿ˜‰ I have never been to Prague but it’s on my bucket list!

        Haha, my boyfriend is a long distance runner. But he cannot keep up with me doing the HIIT-workouts ๐Ÿ™‚ He is really not as strong as I am right now and also he is not used to all the exercises. I will kick his sweet ass ๐Ÿ˜‰

          Haha, Katja, that was really funny ๐Ÿ™‚ My husband plays airsoft and I am trying to convince him to do HiiT to be able to play better or for longer time but he is not willing to try. I think he is just chicken – afraid of me kicking his butt! ๐Ÿ˜€

    Sweet “sweat” workout! I’m a beginner but transitioning each day into intermediate with these workouts. I can finally do proper Burpees! For this particular workout I used 25 lb kb for most of the kb exercises but switched back to 15 lb kb for one-armed and Czech kb swings as I was compromising form and could feel it in my lower back. Once I switched, no problems.
    Zuzka I am unable to access “How to Jump Rope” through You Tube. Is there something I’m missing? Would you be able to post another tutorial. My stamina is coming along but I’m interested in learning how to do “jacks,” “double unders” and ‘scissors.” Are these in the Exercise Library per chance? This 55 yr old woman wants to thank you for your daily reminders of our own strength – emotional and physical – and for your dedication and example. <3
