Hi guys,

This is the last part of the Six:02 workout series or at least for now, because I have no more new outfits to show you. Or at least not from this particular store. I’ll make sure to keep you posted about the new workout gear that’s out there. I had to explain to my boyfriend Jesse how important it is to keep updating my workout wardrobe. I said I have to do it for you guys ๐Ÿ˜‰ It’s really hard to explain this to someone who shops for his clothes twice a year in a hardware store for brands like Dickies, or Timberland.

 

 

Warm Up Routine

Workout Breakdown

6 minutes – 30 sec intervals – 2 rounds

1. KB pendulum swing

2. KB Swing

3. Figure 8 Squats

4. JR high knees

5. JR DBU

6. JR jump jacks

This is a great maintenance workout, that will raise up your heart rate and make your muscles work really hard for those 6 minutes of 30 second intervals. There’s no break between these exercises so move fast and no dilli dallying. Jasny? ย That’s the Czech word of is that clear?? Push hard, be bad ass and don’t let anything to slow you down. You can always repeat the six minutes two or three times back to back if you want to torture yourself longer, or you can do longer, and real time workouts with me in the ZGYM.

    Hi Zuzka…Jesse is just like all boyfriends and husbands! ๐Ÿ™‚ I guess you should purchase new clothes every month since daily you need to be wearing gym clothes! ๐Ÿ™‚ Workout done…4 rounds! I am badly in need of some “beast” workout :O See you, take care.

    It was a fun Wo! I ended up doing the Six:02 wo#3 & wo#2 as well, with a break in between the them. You made me laugh when you said Jesse likes to get his clothes twice a year at the hardware store ;-)…Anyways, thanks for everything. Have a lovely day! xoxo

    Hello to all. Zuzka and Hello to you too .. I would open a conversation on a topic that concerns us women .. We all at least almost all I want and wear shoes with heels … I personally I would start to take them but do not know where to start and i do not know if there are any exercises that I can start to bring good shoes with heels ..
    Zuzka you have any advice for us? I ask all advice and wanted to express myself with you … Thanks to all for your answers .. Hello Girls ๐Ÿ™‚

    Thanks Zuzka, for keeping the workouts short & intense this week. I have really crazy work schedule this week and I hate missing out on workouts. Was feeling very tired after work today (getting up at 4:30 is not easy), but I pushed myself into the workout and I feel great – even did second round so 12 min ๐Ÿ™‚
    My hubby also doesn’t really understund my addiction to workout clothes and other workout stuff (like jump rope or yoga blocks), new things for working out keep me motivated and many times give me the extra push.

    I have a doubt which is very important to me, What is the difference between eating every three or four hours??

    I read once that is better to eat ech four, in order to accelerate metabolism but Iยดm not sure :S I mean, if I eat five times a day, it would be each 3 hours, right?

    Love this workout, quick and fun. Have you had more lowlights added to the underneath of your hair? It looked really pretty in this workout. I will for sure be buying from this website when we are not surviving on one income only ๐Ÿ™‚
