Hi guys,

This is the last part of the Six:02 workout series or at least for now, because I have no more new outfits to show you. Or at least not from this particular store. I’ll make sure to keep you posted about the new workout gear that’s out there. I had to explain to my boyfriend Jesse how important it is to keep updating my workout wardrobe. I said I have to do it for you guys 😉 It’s really hard to explain this to someone who shops for his clothes twice a year in a hardware store for brands like Dickies, or Timberland.

 

 

Warm Up Routine

Workout Breakdown

6 minutes – 30 sec intervals – 2 rounds

1. KB pendulum swing

2. KB Swing

3. Figure 8 Squats

4. JR high knees

5. JR DBU

6. JR jump jacks

This is a great maintenance workout, that will raise up your heart rate and make your muscles work really hard for those 6 minutes of 30 second intervals. There’s no break between these exercises so move fast and no dilli dallying. Jasny?  That’s the Czech word of is that clear?? Push hard, be bad ass and don’t let anything to slow you down. You can always repeat the six minutes two or three times back to back if you want to torture yourself longer, or you can do longer, and real time workouts with me in the ZGYM.

    j’ai réussi a faire 4 rounds et ensuite j’ai enchainer sur six: 02 workout 3 !

    Now this is my kind of workout! It was fun!

    I much prefer this 30 sec continuous format. Because then I don’t necessarily rest for 10 seconds. Honestly, I think 30/5 would be great so that you ensure you get a full 30 seconds for each exercise, with enough time for a quick transition. Although it wouldn’t be 6:00ish that way.

    But I love how you designed it so that you wouldn’t need to waste too much time in transition anyway.

    I love the emphasis on core and lower body.

    Great especially because yesterday’s workout was challenging for the upper body. 🙂 So was the one before.

    I Heart-ed this workout (haha). Did it twice through to make it a 12 minuter. Today I have a handstands conditioning class, so I needed to save my upper body for our crazy tricep holds and handstand walking, etc. Yikes!

    Hello to all .. I would like to share with all of you this question .. ..: If you want to start wearing shoes with heels, or just with a Po-heel There are some exercises to start bringing the high shoes with a little heel? I wanted to share with you fans. This question. Because maybe there ‘was someone else who wanted to have a board on this. Zuzka, you have some advice for us?

      I see u have posted this question a few times and it may be that u aren’t getting any responses because it seems a bit unclear. Not sure if your English is maybe not your first language…? But I don’t understand the question. Are you talking about wearing shoes with a slight heel for working out? Or are you talking about shoes for dressing up that are high heeled like stilettos?

    I love this night !! I did Six:02 # 4 ; then I did Cardio Shred # 9 and KB all levels #11 in 9:24 minutes the 2 full rounds ! Great workouts !! see you tomorrow ! bye 😀

    Done 4 rounds ( 12min work ) with 30 seconds work and 5 seconds rest . Wow i was dying, i didnt expect that.i loved this one xxx

      I did 5 full 6 minute timers. I wanted to get in 30 minutes of training today. I feel amazing.
