Hi guys,
This is the last part of the Six:02 workout series or at least for now, because I have no more new outfits to show you. Or at least not from this particular store. I’ll make sure to keep you posted about the new workout gear that’s out there. I had to explain to my boyfriend Jesse how important it is to keep updating my workout wardrobe. I said I have to do it for you guys π It’s really hard to explain this to someone who shops for his clothes twice a year in a hardware store for brands like Dickies, or Timberland.
Workout Breakdown
6 minutes – 30 sec intervals – 2 rounds
1. KB pendulum swing
2. KB Swing
3. Figure 8 Squats
4. JR high knees
5. JR DBU
6. JR jump jacks

This is a great maintenance workout, that will raise up your heart rate and make your muscles work really hard for those 6 minutes of 30 second intervals. There’s no break between these exercises so move fast and no dilli dallying. Jasny? Β That’s the Czech word of is that clear?? Push hard, be bad ass and don’t let anything to slow you down. You can always repeat the six minutes two or three times back to back if you want to torture yourself longer, or you can do longer, and real time workouts with me in the ZGYM.

Nope ! I can’t do one more round hahaha ! I just did JRC #5 because I love it so much, but I should have begin with this one because it definitely needs a lot of power to take all the benefits from it ! But I’m glad I’m done, I pushed anyway and I feel so EXHAUSTED ! Tomorrow is gonna feel just GREAT π

First day here!!! Starting tomorrow….well, on this site anyway…I’ve been working out to your workouts from YouTube since December! Love that they’re on there, but I decided I needed more structure and organization. In that time I’ve lost 17.5lbs and 6″ around my waist! Love your workouts and your personality! Thanks for all you do!

Hi Zuzka. I remember you were complaining about that you can’t wear tight things because you are sweating. in this kardigan you did not sweat. any special treatment? I am asking for my personal problem. How did you treat/fix it?

Im pretty sure I was sweating in this cardigan as well π it just wasn’t showing. I use Dove clinical strength deodorant that does help during the day and I don’t sweat through my long sleeve shirts anymore, but it won’t stop me from sweating when I workout. I think sweating through shirts when you’re at work really sucks and deodorant may help, but stopping yourself completely from sweating when you’re working out can’t be healthy. I think that feeling the sweat dripping down my body is the best part of the training π

Hiya, hope everyone is fine and doing good with your fitness journey. I’ve done this today, it felt like doing 2 rounds because of the repetition but it was so good that it sent me to do another super high HIIT w/o. I don’t actually follow the workout schedule here simply because of time different and having a different lifestyle. But i do my daily w/o faithfully and try to give time for my muscles to recover by targeting different group of muscles with different w/o. W/o lhere gives me lots of varieties to choose to fit my daily fitness requirement. Thank you.
