Solid Abs in 10 Minutes

Hi guys,
I had a busy Saturday so I left my training for the very last minute, when I had only 30 minutes to get ready for dinner. When days like that happen, it’s good have a back up plan or be ready for a spontaneous solution. I did not have a plan so I had to act quickly. I gave myself 10 minutes for a workout, 8 minutes for shower, and 12 minutes for make up and to dress up.It’s actually easier to push myself to do the workout in the last minute, before I have to get ready to go out, because I take it as part of getting ready instead of thinking about it as a workout. I hope this makes sense. It just doesn’t seem like a lot of work when you realize that you’ll be spending more time to have a shower and do your make up.
Here’s the workout if you want to try to compete with me. I did 4 rounds and 17 kettlebell swings within the 10 minute count down. If you can do at least one more swing then I did, you win. By the way the kettlebell I used in this workout was 44lbs. I suggest you to challenge yourself with a heavier weight as well.

I’m so excited about this workout because I just recently got a pull up bar. But that’s a great idea about doing the knee raises off the door, I never thought about that before.
I’ll be back later to let you guys know how many rounds I did!

I completed 4 full rounds. I used a 15lb dumbbell and my dipstation for the hanging knee raises. This workout was perfect to get my heart rate up and make me feel better. I am crunched for time today because my sales reps from work are in town and we are having dinner with them tonight.

4 rounds + 20 30# KB swings, 20 jump lunges, and 1 door knee raise.

It’s a sad day for me today as I’m cancelling my membership. I’ve followed you since 2009 and love everything you do. I just detest the website in the members section. I can’t cope with the videos anymore (keeps stopping every 10-20 secs, can’t fast forward, can’t rewind)and no one seems to have an answer even though there are many dissatisfied people. I have tried for a year now but when it takes 30 mins to watch a ten min vid I just don’t have the time or patience. I can watch videos in this section, on YouTube etc and my provider checked my services so all is fine at my end.

Hi Samantha I just pause the video for 10 minutes go and make a coffee and by then the video is loaded and ready to go. No stopping or interuptions to my workout. 🙂

Hi Lefki – yep tried that. I’ve done 12 months of trying things. I have 5 years of Zuzka workouts in my diaries so will have to go to them until they improve things.

Yes, the videos are a very poor format unfortunately. I am a paying Zwarrior with 4 years under my belt and love Zuzka with all my heart but I haven’t watched any of the new videos in about 4 months. I am still paying for the 6 month membership but will let it run out when it expires. I too have years worth of workouts written down and will review them for years to come. I love the recent quick workouts and keep up with those but the Zgym is glitchy and needs serious improvement. I know Z needs to make money for her work but it was so much easier when everything was on youtube. Zuzka if you want to keep your die hard fans happy please do something about this!

I never had problems watching videos using Safari, but then i had to watch it on my moms laptop and she had only Internet explorer. That was really bad. Couldn’t watch anything. So maybe that was a problem. Good luck anyway )

I just wanted to ask u about meal times.so when just wake up.did your work out.had and then a breakfast?or before work out?and what to eat for brakfast?and how many times a day should i do work outs if i wand just sculpt my body and get this damn abs.fyi,i ve started zwod recently.
