Warning everyone! This workout is brutal. I know it doesn’t sound like 5 minute workout could be hard, however if you don’t believe me, you have to give it a try. Give it a try anyways, because I can guarantee you that your inner masochist will greatly enjoy it. I know mine did. That’s why it’s called the Ultimate Fat Burner workout – your fat will scream and then die. 

 

 

Workout Breakdown:

 

30 sec High Knees with Jump Rope

30 sec Kettlebell Swings

30 sec Competition Burpees

30 sec Weighted Jump Lunge

30 sec Ninja Jump Tuck

5 minute high intensity interval training – As many reps as possible during each 30 second interval.

Equipment:

 

* Exercise mat

* Jump Rope

*  2 Dumbbells (at least 5lbs)

* One Kettlebell 18 – 26lbs you can purchase your Kettlebell Here.

women beginners: 18 – 20lbs

strong women: 26lbs

men average strength: 35lbs

strong men: 44lbs

    This was a great sweat! I did 30 rounds of 5/30 seconds, which totalled 17min 30 sec.
    I can’t go through with my day without doing one of your workouts. You are simply the best workout coach/motivator 🙂

    Loved this one, Z! I did it two times through to make a 10-minute workout. It was nice doing the stretching together right at the end, too. 🙂

    Few words:
    -Tabata : side jump lunge/ Mont. climber ( of course 4 minutes) 😀
    -2 times I did 5 minutes wo # 36 BUTT ; pendulum with 20 kilos KB, all of other exercises with 12 kilos
    -5 minutes wo # 13, I didn’t do Ninja jump tuck, instead of that, I did plank jump to jump tuck 🙂
    -Mix ABS # 32/35, 9 exercises 30/10…. 6 minutes!

      I was wondering what to switch out for the ninja tuck jump, so thank you for posting what you did instead, Nina!!

        Hi Grace! You’re welcome ! 😀 Month ago I couldn’t do Ninja jump tuck, I had problems with my knee snd most of all I was scare of that exercise, so I always do this similar but easier exercise, plank jump to jump tuck, is perfect ! Have a great Su day and see you other day! Bye 🙂

    Hi Zu…I did this one today…dying and slow like a turtle! I reached my moms place…I am little tired but did not want to take a day off. My reps were 174. I did 30 min yoga focused on core in the morning. Done for the day. See you, take care.

    This was great! I did high knees without the jump rope and plank jump to jump tuck instead of the ninja jump tucks. I kept up with with Zuzka for reps though which was surprising. I feel really good this week. Not sure why I had such a difficult two weeks prior, maybe the weather change is messing with me. Anyway, thanks for another great workout!

    This was awesome, did after low impact body #3, ninja jump were tough, only because my sneakers kept getting caught on my matt, so did double jump tuck burpees instead.
