I just came back from my 2 week vacation in the Czech Republic on Friday so I wanted to share with you some tips on how you can keep yourself in shape when you travel. I think there’s a difference between someone who’s constantly on the road for work and someone who goes for vacation every once in a while. If you belong to the category of constant travelers, then you should make a better plan to keep yourself in shape because that’s your day to day life so it’s important to develop a sustainable routine that works for you.
